    1. Minimal Data Collection: We collect only the essential information needed to generate Repair Orders (ROs) and facilitate SMS Conversations. The information we collect includes:
      First & Last Name
      Mobile Number
      Registration Number
      Optional: Surname, Email Address

  3. Standalone Platform: AutoForce Digital operates as a stand-alone platform. The only requirement for access is the whitelisting of the CMS URL. 

  4. Data Transfer Limitations: At no point, unless an integration is implemented with the subscriber's Dealer Management System (DMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, is any data transferred to or from the subscriber's servers. This ensures that your data remains secure within your own systems.

  5. When you register to use our Reviews Platform through this website your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored on our secure AWS server, however you may, of course, purchase products by phone or in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data.​
